We recommend that members and students take responsibility for their own personal belongings, including their cell phone, wallet, money or other valuable items. We cannot be held liable for any theft or lost items.
We ensure a safe environment, supervised by our experienced trainers. But the members should be aware of the risks involved in the sports and gymnastics activities. We will not be responsible for physical injuries caused during training sessions or within the facility.
We expect our members to attend their sessions regularly as per the schedule. Attendees are noted within the set date and time slots. In case the trainees miss the session, rescheduling or compensation will not be done.
We advise the participants to enter the sessions 5 minutes before the beginning of the class so that the training can be conducted smoothly without interruptions in between.
No refund will be made once the fees are paid. All payments are to be made in advance within the timeline prescribed by our administration. Fee adjustments will be approved only within 2 months of payment. The management will decide approval if they find the request legitimate.
Participants shall show appropriate behaviour during training. They need to follow the coach and staff instructions, to show good respect to other participants, and to use the equipment safely.
